What's for lunch?

I am back on Atkins. A can of tuna with a tomato from my garden, tossed salad with Ken's Italian dressing.
 
You all have delicious lunches.

I had leftover homemade Asian vegetables/lomein mix.
It was good but all yours sound better. Nom nom.

How are the mutligrain pringles? Are they basically a tortilla chip? I do buy pringles occasionally, expecially on car trips, and thought they might be a nice change of pace.

I love them! The whole family loves them! I think the multi-grain comes in different flavors. I think I bought ranch and sour cream. I can't remember.

If you really want to try something new and good, try the new Pringles wheat cheese sticks!! Oh my gosh! They are great! They come in a box, 8 packages to a box. The family and I are totally hooked on the wheat cheese sticks. Flavorful and only 100 calories a serving! They also come in a pizza flavored sticks (which I have bought and not tried yet), jalapeno flavored sticks, and a honey flavored sticks (haven't bought that one). I can vouch for the wheat cheese flavored ones. They are really good. The sticks are very slender and longish. There are a bunch to a pack. Great snacking! :)
 

I went to the cafeteria here...nothing looked good. So, I came back to my desk and had some popcorn and a Coke. Not stellar...but better than the french fries I was craving!

2pm on Friday's is Frozen Yogurt time at the little store in my building. Huge bowls for $1. So I will be heading there in a bit..

I've seen the sticks but hadn't tried them. I love 100 calorie packs, so easy to keep in my desk. I treat myself to them every so often. I think I'll try them next time. Also have a car trip next weekend so I'll splurge. Thanks.
 
I was trying to be healthy (for a change!) so I made a huge salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, baby carrots, brocolli and anchovies. Then I went and ruined it by adding full fat blue cheese dressing! But it was worth it, it was sooooo good!

DH and I made peanut butter cookies this morning so I'll probably have one (or two...or three) of those for dessert.
 
I just finally finished my lunch. It was delicious. :cutie: I had a Meditteranean vegetarian platter. It had hummus, falafel, a stuffed grape leave, tabouli, and a salad served with pita bread. I am not a vegetarian but I find I tend to eat a lot of vegetarian meals at lunch and I thoroughly enjoy them.
