I'm having chicken alfredo and mashed sweet potatoes with a little bit of brown sugar. And milk. To heck with calories! I'm still sick and I want comfort food.

I'm on the sinus infection diet. Between not being able to smell or taste anything and the antibiotics doing a number on my stomach, I've lost my appetite. I had some cottage cheese.

Looking on the bright side--I've lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
