Today I'll be having soup. Again. Campbells Select Harvest Light something..... Doesn't matter which one it is, they all taste the same!!!

I had cheese and crackers. Was going to have a sandwich but am out of bread. Due to some unexpected events at work, my grocery shopping didn't get done last week so the cupboards are a bit bare! Fortunately it is Friday so it is date night and I have dinner out to look forward to!

Sprouted grain tortilla with hummus, salad greens and turkey and a handful of grapes. Gotta get back to eating healthy. The past week has been not good! Dr. Ben and Dr. Jerry have made several visits to my house lately!!
