Whats for lunch and dinner today?

I'm waiting for my Healthy Choice pumpkin ravioli to finish cooking for lunch. I'm not sure what we are planning to have for dinner but I think it's probably going to be either chicken fingers & mac n cheese or chicken breast with mashed potatoes.

DH informed me we that we are on a budget this week, still waiting for our tax money which was supposed to be deposited last week into our account :headache:, so I'm making what we have already in the house
 
Greek salad for lunch, and chicken ceasar panini for dinner. Tuesdays are sandwich night because we like to eat on the couch while watching American Idol.
 
my lunch is in about an hour so i have no idea what i will eat.. and dinner prob a sandwich:confused3
 
Now this is serious.

I just MADE butter. I was out and too lazy to go to the store. It's raining and I have 2 little guys and the thought of going out in that was worse than making some.

So I making mac and cheese with my butter! For the boys.
I'm having leftover chicken pot pie

And for dinner probably chicken thighs in mustard sauce with rice. spicy and yummy.

But can I get a woohoo for making butter!(it really is so easy that it's silly to be proud of but still.... I am)
 

Getting ready to have chicken faquitas and black beans and for dinner, spaghetti with meatballs, salad and garlic bread. :goodvibes
 
For lunch I made grilled cheese and fruit and yogurt.
Dinner will be "chicken licken legs" as requested by my kids and pasta salad and some kind of veggie!

Lunch was turkey and cheese on whole wheat with MAYO (props to the mayo thread), with some Doritos on the side and a can of Diet Coke.

No idea what dinner will be since DH is the usually the cook. If I take the reins tonight (a rarity) may do chicken and rice.
 
I made "brunch" for DD and i this morning--scrambled eggs, toast and bacon. yummy!

That'll last til I get done work and we are having chicken, salsa, corn, red and green papers from the slow cooker over some yummy hot rice!

I have dinner planned out for every night this week!
 
Lunch was a yogurt, a tossed salad and a few slices of pepperoni.

Dinner will be roast chicken, potatoes and some sort of veggie.
 
lunch (eating it right now) is a home made Egg McMuffin on a whole wheat english muffin. Strawberry yogurt, and ice water

Dinner is cajun shimp and pasta. With garlic toast.
 
Lunch was PB & J w/ some baked lays and an apple.

Dinner will be pork chops, asparagus, and probably a salad.

Trying to cut the carbs at dinner.............. Didn't help that I had pizza last night for dinner. :headache:
 
Lunch - I just ate a turkey sandwich w/cheese on wheat and working on 32 oz bottle of water

Dinner - I am marinating chicken breasts to grill on the foreman, serving with stuffing and carrots.

Good thing I ate before I saw this thread!!
 
Lunch was a meatloaf sandwich w/chips and water.

Dinner is baked fish, rice and vegggies.
 
Lunch is in about and hour~ a turkey wrap, baked lay's & diet coke

Dinner~ pizza if i can find my free coupon, if not it will be grilled ham & cheese & salad, either before or after baseball.

I had Subway. Craving I've been trying to get rid of for two days with no luck, so I gave in.

Dinner- I'll be making DH ribs w/ Montgomery Inn BBQ Sauce and myself a chicken breast (I don't do ribs).... sides will be the leftover pasta salad and a baked potato. :thumbsup2
 
Lunch was a microwaved hot dog and dinner will be meatloaf, mashed potatoes and spinach.
 
We ended up having chicken fingers and rice a roni (some sort of parm cheese flavor). I think I will bring the left overs for lunch tomorrow and then maybe make one of those skillet meal frozen things for dinner tomorrow night
