I don't know what I want for dinner:

It's either:
Frozen mozzarella sticks
box of kraft macaroni and cheese
or
go to subway and get a sandwich

Hmmmmmm decisions

LOL

in my house, a "box" of mac and cheese is "one serving" too. heheh

I'm thinking about making pizza.

I've been doing it a different way and the kids love it. I got the recipe from a magazine. You take ready made pizza dough, roll it out on a cookie sheet. Dice lots of pepperoni and place it evenly throughout the dough. I kind of mash it in there. Sprinkle lots of mozzarella & parmesan cheese on top. Bake on about 325 for 15- 20 min.. Cut into strips. Use warm pizza sauce for dip. It's really good and kid friendly too!

Subway for us tonight. My dd's have cheer practice from 5 to 7:30 and that is convenient. :)

Chicken breast stuffed with lobster and scallops (not as impressive as it sounds, we buy it at the gourmet food store and just have to throw it in the oven).
Baked potatoes
Salad
and I think Dairy Queen for dessert

I know we all mean for tonight, but that will be probably jello or scambled eggs for me, but Sunday, my dad has promised me and all out seafood fest, since he feels bad about the mouth surgery!! crab legs, lobster, scallops, and shimp.....(can anyone tell Im a daddy's girl :rotfl2: )

Roasted veggies and I'm not sure what to have with them besides some garlic rolls I have.

I have to work backstage at a play tonight so I wont get to eat until late so probably nothing!

My 3 yr old niece is coming for dinner, so it's mac & cheese & fish sticks.

Oh my goodness, that sounds so good. I'll have to try it.

Legal Seafood for a friends birthday :cool1: I love not cooking.

Mac n cheese for Nicole before my mom comes to watch her b/c that is all she wants to eat these days.

Chicken Dumpling Soup. But last night I made a recipe I got off the back of an Enquirer magazine, off all places! OMG it was so good, even my kids loved it. It was so easy, and I can't wait to make it again! It's definitely a new favorite:

Stove Top Easy Chicken Bake

Prep: 10 min
Bake: 30 min

1 pkg. (6oz.) Stove Top Stuffing mix, chicken flavor
1 cup hot water
1.5 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
I also used ground black pepper to mix in with the soup for extra flavor.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish; set aside. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix, stir just until moistened. Set aside.

Place chicken over dry stuffing mix in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, ground black pepper and vegetables; spoon over chicken. Top with the prepared stuffing.

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
