I'm at a loss. I don't feel like cooking. I had planned on making chicken tenders and french fries, but I'm not in the mood to bread the chicken. Talk about lazy! :teeth:

Dh is sick, so I made home made chicken noodle soup. I will probably throw a steak on for myself and the kids can pick between the two.

What about Captain Crunch? Still requires breading, but it's soooo tasty.

I am pretty sure we are having hamburgers since that what was thawing in the fridge. (I am obviously NOT the chef in the family)

I'm being lazy tonight. We're having left-over Chinese food from last night.

I wish I knew. My chicken thighs did not defrost yet (I forgot to take them out last night and took them out this morning)

I was thinking beans and rice with cheddar cheese.

Just finished having freshly caught flounder and pompano that I cooked in onion, garlic and green pepper that I sauteed, with a little Green Mountain Gringo Salsa added at the end. Salad on the side.

For desert some H-D Strawberry Sorbet.

Cap the evening off with a cup of Strawberry-Orange Green Tea.

Easy dinner tonight. Salisbury Hamburger Helper made w/ground turkey breast instead of beef and a nice big salad. Salad has lettuce, chickpeas, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts w/homemade viniagrette.

I'm right there with ya. I have absolutely no energy and don't feel like cooking or doing anything for that matter. Plus I've been bad and have been snacking all day. DH's out of town and the kids just want lunchables. Works for me!

Beef Stroganoff that my rotten kids wouldn't touch. Anybody want some kids?

I made my husband's favorite. It's chicken breasts w/ a coating of crushed cashews, bread crumbs, and grill seasoning. MMM! I made a side dish of a succotash of sorts. I make it with red onion, corn, and drained black beans.

Cheese quesadillas.......

Last night I made homemade beef stew with an apple pie for dessert. Today, it's Pizza Hut. :teeth:
