I am struggling for good things to make for dinner. These posts always inspire me....

I am thinking Chicken fajiatas....

RIBS ( I Hope)..if not PB&J and PBR's

I'm going out with a friend for some yummy Indian food! :bounce:

Cheeseburgers on the grill and french fries...but I really dont want to turn on the oven:( Then since the house is being shown at 5:30...the kids and I are off for icecreams
:hyper: .

I can't be of help tonight...we are going out to dinner before we go see Hilary Duff in concert. I have my Advil all ready to go!!!

Last night, it was American Chop Suey and crusty bread. Yum.

no clue! I never have any ideas for dinner.

The problem is that I didn't take anything out of the freezer. I'll have to dig through the cupboards and fridge and see what I can find.

hot dogs, mashed potatoes & baked beans.

Last night, hamburgers.

Sunday, mancotti. yum!

Don't know what's for dinner. I will follow the thread to see if I can some ideas.

So far is make some Chicken saland from left over chicken.

for me - light hot dogs (weight watchers friendly) and for the kids, I may just pick up McD's on the way home. I have a new cleaning lady coming tonight & I don't want to make any more of a mess than is already there!

Tykes ~ That's my problem too. I buy stuff to put IN the freezer but I never take it out in time to defrost it and defrosting it in the Microwave isn't the same.

I had Baked Cheese Ravioli, French bread garlic bread and a salad with Olive garden salad dressing. That was the most put together meal I have come up with in a long time. Isn't that sad.

I am thinking tonight I was sautee up chicken, onions and peppers with a marinade that DFiance likes. Throw it in tortilla's with salsa, sour cream and rice. Maybe I'll step outside the box and make corn bread to go with it... :)

It's on tuesday :(

Woo hoo! The girls are attending Vacation Bible School all week at night...and they're getting fed!! For the first time in my parenting life I'm not an official volunteer so I just help with serving dinner and leave! So...I'm not cooking!! DH has a ball game so he's on his own!!

I do have the stuff for lasagna, though...guess I'll wait until the weekend!

marinated pork chops (no bone) grilled, salad and I'm not sure what else to go with it.

I need new ideas.

Last night was danish meatballs and rice with salad and creamed spinich.

Sunday was chicken cutlets with some sides.......

I'm sooooooooo tired of cooking dinner lately.

Meatloaf with rice and if I have the fixing a salad

With all the wonderful fresh summer produce and my new South Beach Cookbook in hand, we are on a quasi-South Beach eating plan.

On the menu tonight:

Homemade tortilla soup (without the tortillas, LOL!) topped with shredded chicken, avacado, lime, fat-free sour cream and cilantro.

Plus, whole wheat quesadillas made with black beans, sauteed veggies and reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend.

Last night was open faced grilled veggie sandwiches: small Italian stick bread, halved and toasted, topped with homemade roasted eggplant spread, sauteed peppers & onions and feta cheese. Salad on the side. Yum!

I'm having meatloaf too..but with ground turkey instead of ground beef.

I made a new dish this morning for our dinner, fiesta salad: brown rice with mangos, papaya, kiwi, peas with a sesame oil, orange juice and lime dressing. I'll pick up some shrimp for DH to have with it.

I figured it out! I have some egg substitute that I need to use up, so I think I'll make some breakfast burritos or some huevos rancheros!

Thanks for making me think about it guys!

I'm going to a retirement dinner tonight that is being held at a steakhouse. So I imagine I'll be having steak salad.

The kids are in VBS this week, so tonight we are having pizza.

I have to work the rest of this week, so from there on I do not have a clue. The best part is Friday, Saturday and Sunday DH will be gone so we will have whatever we can find! He doesn't like to do that when he is home!
