What's for dinner tonight? (Wednesday)

I'm thinking chinese take out, but my back-up will be Fajitas

I love Wednesdays because I don't have to cook :thumbsup2

DH bowls on Wednesdays, and he doesn't like to go with a full stomach. DD12 has a Youth Group at church and they serve them supper (of course I am the official shopper for the food, so I do have that as an extra job on Wednesdays).

Left over meats are: Garlic potroast (OMG ~ so delish!) & breaded pork chops. I just have to make side dishes & then all 4 of us will fight over the pot roast & the pork chop will end up in the trash!

We are having "Shrimp Naturally" over rice, french bread and salad. The recipe is cooked in the microwave, so I can watch American Idol!

Either Chicken Enchiladas or Ham, Cabbage, & Potato Roast.

Yesterday I started craving the roast and even dreamed about it last night (DH is convinced I'm pregnant) :rotfl: I have been kind of snippy lately...hmmmm

BUT I have green peppers that are getting a little wrinkly so I really should do the enchiladas before the roast.

What to do ... what to do.

I promised the boys terriyaki chicken and potstickers. Fortunately the potstickers come frozen from Costco, so it's an easy night!

Spaghetti and meatballs. I was thinking of making really tiny meatballs and using ditalini pasta, but DS10 really likes spaghetti noodles so it depends on if I can talk him into trying something different. Maybe I'll do a Racheal Ray thing and make it into a "stoup". I don't know why, but I've really been craving soups a lot lately. It isn't because it's cold because it's been in the high 70's.

Whatever Roy (Rogers, that is) is serving up tonight. Probably Gold Rush Chicken sandwich - we have exactly 1 hour between indoor soccer & scouts tonight - yuck, didn't realize how little time we had until I posted this.

I'm having either Swiss CHicken Casserole or Garlic and herb encrusted Top Sirloin roast

You could make shredded beef with the raost and have shredded beef enchiladas...

Some of these recipes sound so wonderful!

We are having Picante Chicken with Brown Rice and a large green salad.

Bed time here, dinner is long gone! We had frozen chicken strips on buns, canned carrots and fresh pears. Cub Scout night, a quick dinner night.
Katy :sunny:

We're having Shake n Bake Chicken (Ranch & Herb Crusted), Cauliflower and French bread.

Same as every WEdnesday night. Whatever church is serving. Mid-week supper, worship and Bible Study tonight
