What's for dinner tonight? (Thursday)

Tonight it will be either grilled pork chops or chicken with twice-baked potatos.

Chicken...not sure how we'll prepare it yet though....if it's not raining, DH will grill it outside....

It's either waffles w/blueberries or shrimp poppers w/curly fries. No time for me to go to the store today. I have to clean, clean, clean today. I have a couple of clients dropping by.

Probably fish sticks, noodles and glazed carrots. Or, since it's DH's night for giving DS a bath - we might have spaghetti :O)

steak and potatoes for us tonight.

Homemade chicken soup with orzo and turkey sandwiches.

Although DD3 doesn't like turkey...she'll probably ask for "bologna, tastes like a hot dog" (this is how she ALWAYS refers to bologna....like it's one whole word!!!!)

Is this for last night or tonight?

Okay, put the dunce cap on me! When I read the thread I was thinking today was Friday- duh!

The school website has "special night, chef's choice" as the menu for the dining hall. Considering this is the last meal that dining hall is serving until March 20, we think that means leftovers :scared1:

Hmmm--good question. I may celebrate St. Paddy's Day early and have corned beef and cabbage (the 17th is my daughter's birthday, and since she's now a vegetarian, no more c b & c on her birthday! :guilty: ) or shrimp and pasta. Don't know, but I guess I better decide soon--that corned beef needs to simmer a while! :sunny:

Ham n cola in the crock pot. My new favorite!

We are having stuffed peppers for dinner. If I get around to making them...

We are having pork chops and the George Foreman, sweet pototoes and strawberries.

We were going to have that last night, but when I told DH, he told me not to start cooking yet......um, okaaaayyy. Then dinner arrived on the doorstep at 6:15 from someone at church. (My mom passed away last month.) It was a nice gesture for sure, but I was awfully glad he blew the "surprise" or we would have already been sitting down to eat! (It was beef stroganoff, green beans, salad, bread and dessert.)
