I can only seem to get the "Operational Updates" section of the new WDW site to tell me whats closed in MK & MGM on the days of 2/21-2/26. And that Typhoon Lagoon is closed.

Does anyone know if this list is accurate?

Magic Kingdom® Park
The ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter closed on Sunday, October 12, 2003 for re-development. Replacing the attraction will be Stitch's Great Escape which is expected to open in Fall 2004.

Carousel of Progress - open seasonally

The Timekeeper - open seasonally

Disney-MGM Studios
Fantasmic will be closed for refurbishment January 26 - 30.

The Backlot Tour will be closed for refurbishment January 4 - April 1, 2004.

The Theater of the Starswill be closed for refurbishment February 2 - 6, 2004.

It has been my experience that most things, unless in a state of major re-do, will be open during that time. That is the mid-winter school break for all of us frozen northerners. It is usually a large/moderate crowd time.

CoP and Timekeeper are supposed to be open because of Alien Encounters major overhaul. So unless something just suddenly broke, it should be open.
