whats a Viking coffee?

reading a thread about drinking around WS and someone mentioned Viking coffee in Norway
what is it? regular coffee? or is there an alcohol in it? can it be served iced?

I know I mentioned it in the thread about the school bread. I mentioned how well it goes with Viking coffee.
Viking coffee is Kahlua & coffee.

I haven't seen it iced, but that is a wonderful idea! I usually go when it's cooler out so I don't mind the hot coffee, but my next trip (6 more days!) will be warm and iced will sound good!

It's wonderful, but I hightly recommend NOT drinking it on a hot June morning like we did...

Although we think next trip we might order it and a glass of ice on the side to make our own "iced" coffee...

Now, that is a great idea! I was the one who mentioned it in the drinking around the WS, and I usually don't do Norway - Mexico because they're a little boring for me. An iced Viking coffee would definitely be better.

Just a warning - I thought it was very stiff and I'm a martini drinker!
