What's a good restaurant in St. Maarten?

We would like to find a nice restaurant to have lunch.

that's on the french side though. We're looking for a restaurant on the dutch side, Philippsburg. Something with good food and nice cocktails. Maybe by the water with a view of the ocean would be nice.

I wanted to eat at a restaurant whose name I cannot say. It starts with Blue and ends with a word that dog breeders use to talk about their female canines. The menu looked good, it looked like fun, it's right there near where the water taxi lets you off...but for some reason DH and DS balked. We went to Hard Rock instead. Unless you are a diehard Hard Rock person, do not bother with it. Go to BB instead. IMO.

When we were there last year we saw a row of restaurants on the beach that all were super crowded. They looked fun. Anyone been to any of those? I assume BB referred to above is in that row.

If you google them, go to the "bar and restaurant" part and you can see the menu. Looks tasty! Being vegetarian I'm not really used to much variety in places like that, but they have a falafel sandwich! Sounds so good!
