Whats 180+10? confused!!!!!

I have read different things in different posts so im confused. Whats 180+10? does that mean i can make dining reservations for my entire trip 190 days before my trip? or is it 170 days?
I thought because of the new reservation system you will be able to make reservations for your entire trip 180 days prior to your arrival date.
Im going in july so I know I'll be making reservations in January sometime but wanna be sure of the exact date so i can get CRT and le cellier ( ive heard they are hard to get reservations for) any help would be really appreciated- thank you!

It means if youre staying on disney property you can call on the 180 day mark from your arrival date and do dining reservations for 10 days after that.

Just a little clarification- You must be staying on property in a Disney owned/operated resort. As an example, Shades of Green is on property, but guests don't qualify for 180+10.
