Whatever happened with the RCID mess?

So earlier this year Florida decided to dissolve the Reedy Creek improvement district. There was talk about who’s going to have to pay for it, paying off bonds, etc. Haven’t hear anything recently just wondering have they figured it all yet?

No. There are RUMORS about various ways it could be handled, but most likely nothing will be done or announced until after the elections.

You might want to do a search for it on and generally follow the Rumors & News forum - several posters there are following it.

Still up in the air. Lots of theories as to what will happen. Nothing official has happened yet.
IMHO, I expect they will set up a new district with many of the same rules. Then both sides can say they won.
