Whatdoya think?? Suggestions?

Hi there!! Planning a trip for mom and me this August (2011). We have 9 nights at POP, and we'll be on the Disney Dining Plan. So that means 9 TS credits each, 9 CS credits each, and 9 snack credits each opcorn: I wonder if I could list my TS choices so far and see what you all think. Good food? Service? Atmosphere? Any suggestions that you have would be fantastic. Thank you!

I like your list however I would for sure drop liberty tree. I would also drop chef mickeys unless you really want to see Mickey at a buffet which I doubt since it's just you and your mom. If you want a buffet I would switch chef mickeys to boma and if you want something that is easy to do from the magic kingdom I would switch liberty tree to kona cafe or ohana
