Whatcha wearing?

I called in sick today but needed to get up and go get some cold medicine so I got dressed. Barely. I'm wearing Gap "curvy" jeans, an OLD Gap mocha wool sweater dress that shrunk (or did I just get bigger?) that I now wear as a top, leopard ballet flats and a scarf around my head. No jewerly except for the pretty silver bracelet I got from a Chelsea flea market last time I was in NYC. Zero makeup, glasses, hoping I won't scare the patrons at CVS. As soon as I'm back I'm getting in my jammies and going to bed.

How about you? Haute couture, or dressed down today?

I'm going to see "Mary Poppins" on Broadway tonight, so I got dressed up. I'm wearing a red turtleneck, a red/white sweater, and a calf length velvet skirt with black pantyhose. Sneakers on my feet, because I forgot my shoes & I will be walking to the theater after work. No nail polish, but I am wearing Almay intense-i-color navy blue mascara and Avon plum eye shadow. My Tinkerbell red holiday watch is on my left wrist, Mickey Mouse red/green earrings. I bought the watch & earrings at WDW during my last trip.

I am at home with a sick 10 yr old with some kind of nasty stomach virus. So my style for the day is old and disposable. I have a very old (1980s era) RL Polo red crewneck sweater with a navy blue Old Navy T-shirt underneath. I have a worn pair of Eddie Bauer Bootcut jeans and argyle socks. My hair is pulled back in a headband but I did put my contacts in an brushed on a little BE makeup. Hopefully, I won't scare the UPS man. LOL

Sounds like you got gussied up to go to CVS. I would have put my coat on over my pajama's, slipped on Crocs and went.

Jeans, a stretched-out blue striped chenille sweater that's 2 sizes too big (but it's warm!) and black-and-red Converse Chuck Taylor hi-tops. I'm so stylin' !

Yay! As per usual, I am in black...black Ann Taylor sweater set, calf-length black jersey skirt (straight cut), and black heels. Wedding set, Tink watch, green and red Christmas wreath pin.

I will! We bought the tickets back in May. I'm going with my sister, brother-in-law, and 2 nieces--a 4 yr old & an almost 8 yr old. Before the show, we're going to a Chines restaurant. Should be a fun night!
