Especially on days you have breakfast, lunch and dinner? That is just too much food of anyone to consume, all those calories are so not good for you. Sorry but that is just my opinion. You need time between so much food being consumed so why don't you do a TS for breakfast and a TS for dinner and a light snack inbetween?
