@atthebeachclub - have you ever noticed my Avatar?

Happy you had a nice stay. Lights on the deck - in some seasons they attract way too many insects. I have a little battery powered camping light for my colder trips.

In my opinion, the Cast Members at Hilton Head really make the resort super enjoyable. On previous visits I've had some that came to my villa with treats (games, toys) for them (them = my two older granddaughters) when they knew I had run out of steam taking them around to the pools and other attractions. (They were usually on remote learning so had their chromebooks for school and could sign in for classes during the day. School ended by about 1:30pm leaving plenty of time for fun. Traveling alone with them at 4 to 8 years old. They are 1 year apart, and now 9 and a half and 10 and a half. I've reached the point where another adult has to be along when it is more than one of them because their energy level is way beyond mine - they are great kids - I'm just getting up there in age. I've also traveled alone with the younger one when she was in (paid) preschool, meaning not mandatory.

LOL; I never noticed what it was! I didn’t look closely enough and had assumed it was a view of Rafiki on Pride Rock from the Lion King.

Definitely a great trip; I want to go back! Way more laid back than spring break at the parks!
