i got a great first real christmas with my 14 month old!

I got some pretty Wilton Armetel stuff so entertaining. Some perfume, bath and body stuff, watch, jewelry, disney dollars, cash, disney desk calendar, coach purse and more.

William got an Elmo, red wagon (loves it!), chair and table toddler set, tons of books, puzzles and cars, cars blanket, cars luggage for our trip next Dec., remote control, clothes etc. He had a blast.

still have DH's family to do Christmas with on Saturday!

Let's see...I got a bunch of scrapbooking related stuff, new towels, a DCL Passporter...lots of good stuff!

We did pretty good so far (my Secret Santa was late in mailing my gift):
Both of us--- $ from the parents, his folks also donated money to WorldVision in our names, cake, muffins....
We bought the house some new headphones, some dvds, and our first mp3 player...still plans to buy another gift or 2 (Beast wants a Wii).

NC Beast

I gave Beast...Age of Empires 3 Gold ed.
I got some Sims 2 expansion packs and dvd Santa Claus 3 (to complete the set).

Jessie--- we got her a new pet bed

I got my family celebrating Christamas at my home in lieu of getting on the road and got to see my little one light up when she found that Santa had made it to our house. That was the best gift of all.

Other then that got an Apple tv.

I got an iPhone, using it for this post. It's driving me crazy trying to figure it out. Dh surprised me with it.

I was really lucky this year. My favorite gift though was a Cricut! I am SO excited and can't wait to use it. I might start using it tonight if not early tomorrow morning. I also got a Garmin GPS! WOOHOO! No more getting lost for me!

Let's see for christmas I got:

But the best gift of all was being able to be with my family.

Bestest being my iPhone but I got it early as some know. Therefore on the morning was out of print book "Since the world began 25 years....." Will love Reading about the detail before visiting :)

Wow, it sounds like everybody had a really great Christmas! I prefer small, practical gifts that you can't really go wrong with as opposed to large gifts, which I prefer to choose out myself. :)

Add me to the crowd that got Animal Crossing for the Wii. Pete should be getting some sort of commission from that; looks like he influenced a lot of people. Looking forward to playing on the new tv, which was the main present for hubby and me.

I used to volunteer to work for people with kids on the holidays ALL the time when I was a paramedic... not only could you look altruistic but it paid double time!!
Nothing says Thanksgiving or Christmas like a 7-11 turkey sandwich!

Nothing for me today :)

We aren't celebrating until tomorrow as my youngest is a Firefighter, has duty today and volunteered to work for a dad with little ones last night (he made me proud with that one). Works out great for all the rest of the kids as they are spending today with their girlfriends, boyfriends and families today. They will attack here tomorrow at noon :rotfl: then Saturday we all go to my mom's for the big family get together.

So today is more cooking and cleaning and tomorrow will be our big day.

So Kevin... what did you get???? You know you want to tell us ;)

Merry Christmas

DD and I are going on a 10 day WDW trip in 3 weeks, so our big gift was our tickets. DH got a new Blackberry Storm a few weeks ago- his big gift. He also got about 6 months worth of Keurig coffee K cups, a K cup rack, and a SD card reader. DD got lots of books, lots of DS games, lots of clothes, and a few CDs. I got books, some nice Estee Lauder makeup, and a pretty throw blanket that matches the sofa.

DH and I didn't do Christmas this year, we went to Florida. He kept telling me that he wasn't getting me anything for Christmas, to buy what I wanted, so I did :)

My parents gave me a Bose ipod dock - LOVE it.
My mom got me a Jim Shore figurine and some Mickey Mouse wine glasses.

John and I made a decision this year and that was to go "easy" on Christmas.

We live in a small but very comfortable house that is currently full. If we bring in anything new, we will need to start stacking stuff.

We have ENOUGH of just about everything.

We got some neat stuff though...

I found a travel size surge protector at Radio Shack which will be great for traveling. It not only protects your electornics, but makes one outlet three and had two spaces to charge things that normally need a USB port.

iTunes Gift cards....always useful

A digital picture frame

Wii ganes - ok...I'm a sucker for peer pressure. We got Animal Crossing and the :cheat book", Mario Galaxy, Mario Party 8 and Resident Evil.

The DVDs Mamma Mia and Batman. I'll let you figure out who got which.

This really cool gadget to hold the phone in the PT Cruiser. It's the car's only flaw. There is no convenient place to stash your cell phone.

We also went to Candlelight last night and to the Celebration Hote;'s Plantation Room today for Christmas Brunch. Very, very pricey but also very, very good.

All in all is was a wonderful Christmas and no one has to return or exchange anything.

We done good.

Sounds very, very nice! Has John wore out Mamma Mia yet? ;)

3 pieces from dept 56 disney village- my first!
DH did great!
Also got some lined mickey crocs, havent taken them off all day- they are soooo comfy!
Many other great things- but the disney things are always my fav.

DH got the Mickey through the years watch he was eyeing this summer on vaca.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!:santa:
