During the week while at work, I drink TWO 32oz thermos' of water (I then get my steps in to and from the restroom). In the evenings, I may opt for a bourbon or rye whiskey over a large rock. When I don't have that, its more water with ice (usually two 16oz tumblers).

A big cup of Harney and Sons Hot Cinnamon Sunset tea. It’s like a cinnamon roll in a cup. If it weren’t for the caffeine I would drink this all day (it’s good hot or iced), but it will be water for me the rest of the day.
