I'd like to have a blue or teal car, but I get what I get.

My car is gold, but that just shows that I am lazy... it showed the least amount of dirt out of all the other colors on the lot

My car color says that it was the last one on the lot during the end of the year sale and we were about to get it 10K off the sticker price so I took it. I quickly learned to live with the color. LOL It is white but I would have chosen taupe if I could have.

It was funny when I bought my car because gold was the one and only color I absolutely did not want. But $1,000 off tends to change the perspective a little! It has grown on me now. Since people are used to seeing it now I don't get the funny looks anymore.

Oh, the other day a little boy was taking pictures of it. Most kids think it is real cool!

Well up until two days ago, my car was silver (a sense of style but pompous, LOL!). Today I own a green car. I think the silver description fits me better.

I have a boring little Civic. It was the first year they introduced gold and then the next year they changed the look of the model so I don't see too many gold Civics in my model year. I did want dk purple, but it was winter and the roads had been salted and all the cars showed the "salt dust" except for my car. Last EX manual on the lot too so I was happy to get my car quickly and know it didn't show dirt at all I do see a fair amount of Focus Wagons around here, but not many in gold... very nice looking car though
