1) Popping the question to my GF the first night, at Wishes, and spending the rest of the week celebrating our engagement!

Having not been since November of 2006, I can't wait to experience everything at WDW. Now, for something specific, it's ride the Haunted Mansion (I've missed my 999 friends), as well as ride Test Track & Soarin'. Oh, and see the Jammitors again. And tear up as soon as I see the castle.
