What Would You Order From the HOB Menu?

If you were me? I love cajun, southern and spicy food. What's good? I'm really getting excited about trying HOB for the first time this trip.

Hi! I had the salmon dish (can't remember what it is called), but I had it both times we ate there because it was SO good!

DH had the Jambalaya, I had the flat iron steak. We love HOB!

Jambalaya was very good and make sure you get the cornbread.

I have had there Jambalaya many times and it is really good. I've also had ther meat loaf which was also very good.

This is going to be tough. I like all the things suggested. I know now that the cornbread is a "must" and I was wondering if anyone has tried the gumbo. I like Louisiana gumbo - DONE RIGHT! I love jambalaya and shrimp po'boys. Maybe we can go more than one time so I can sample more .

Not Cajun or spicy... but at the House of Blues in Disneyland this summer, DD and I both enjoyed "Fried Buttermilk Battered Chicken Breast - with country gravy, mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables $16.95".

House of Blues-restaraunt in Downtown Disney that serves cajun food (sort of across from Disney Quest and Cirque de Soliel).
