This is going to be tough. I like all the things suggested. I know now that the cornbread is a "must" and I was wondering if anyone has tried the gumbo. I like Louisiana gumbo - DONE RIGHT! I love jambalaya and shrimp po'boys. Maybe we can go more than one time so I can sample more .
