What would you guys do? and how to make the change?

Sounds too complicated. Also FD is not in Feb. the only benefit to feb is coller weather. Though can be downright cold. No pools, water parks etc.

I go to WDW every Dec/Jan for Christmas and NYE and we always swim. We're from Wisconsin, though and the 60's and 70's always seem super warm to us. Heck, my DD even swam when it was in the 50's. The pools are heated and the water parks can be fine too. We went to Blizzard Beach one NYE day and had a blast!

Whether you change or not is up to you, and I have zero opinion about that. But the disrespect over their ages and the number of weddings is rude. If you were going to be that judgemental, I would guess he wouldn't want you there anyway.
