What would you do?

Where is this at? I'd be interested in finding out about it. Thanks! :)

very far away from California - you'd have to fly for about 18 hours from where you live to get to where i live (plus whatever time in new york to change planes)......not exactly in the cards i'm sure...

Sorry-I didn't realize that I was on the UK board! I had done a search for something and ended up on this thread. That sounded cool, though! :)

i don't live in the UK either....but i don't live in the US, so i find the information on this board extremely helpful.....actually, in general i find this board to be one of the best ones here.....and the people are very nice....
i don't think it matters where you're from....

We just returned from our first trip ever to Disney, had a fabulous time :) Our list:

Things we would repeat
Staying in Villa - private pool was awesome!
Cinderellabration - it was so fantastic there aren't words :)
All the rides at Epcot/Magic Kingdom/MGM - superb, especially Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain!
Flying with BA - good flight, excellent baggage allowance
My Christmas shopping - i've bought for everyone and got some great deals out there
Upgrading car to a Mitsubishi Gallant, very comfortable ride!!!

Things we will do but didn't
*Universal/Wet n Wild
*Fantasmic (always seemed to rain when we wanted to see it)
*Stay on-site for 2-3 days
*Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach

Things we won't do again
*My husband won't ride Mission to Mars again, got very sick on it. I loved it though ;)
*Boggy Creek Airboats - that is 30 minutes of my life I won't get back...if you want to do an airboat ride go to the Everglades, the local ones are a waste of money. Plus, if you don't like the idea of insects flying into your face this is NOT the activity for you! :confused3
*Animal Kingdom - very disappointing as an amusement park and as a zoo, compared to British animal parks/sanctuaries it was kinda pants (imho).
*Leave my credit and bank cards at home (how stupid am I???!!!) :rotfl: Thank goodness for Western Union and my sister :teeth:

Oh, great thread. I haven't been on the boards for a few weeks.

Do again -

Fly virgin, it was great.
Stay off site in LBV for some of the time
Ride up front with the driver on the monorail (we did this times)
Watch the fireworks at MK from the flower garden.
Watch the night parade from frontierland

Not to do again

AK - What a disappointment
Go to Walmart with the boys - wasted time, i wanted to go to the parks

New things

Go for three weeks.
Book a couple of nights on site. I don't care what it costs, I want to stay at the Grand Floridan and watch the fireworks from my balcony! I can dream.
See some more of Florida, the beaches etc

Oh, I'm going to have to stop dreaming. I need to go now. Role on 2007!

JUst thought of a new thing I would do... High tea at the GF, that looks like a nice relaxing afternoon thing to do. IU had also said I would never stay at the Contemprary, but some of the prices look like making it very attractive for a monorail resort.
