Have a 6pm ADR for Coral Reef in November, the living seas is shut for refurb tho, (due to open 'late' november) so I'm not sure if we'll get the best experience out of it, should I change to Le Cellier? or just check out the restaurant earlier in the trip and change then if it doesn't look worth it?

I personally would check out the resturant earlier in the trip, and if its not up to what you was expecting they try to change

I think checking it out earlier is a really good idea

Though I have heard that the "bit" the Coral Reef looks out onto is operating as normal so in theory your experience should be the same regardless of whether the Living Seas is open.

i personally would kepp the reservation, make another one at le cellier also and then look at coral reef hen you get there and cancel which ever one you dont want!
