Hello Everyone,
I have a quick question for everyone. I am a little disappointed already with the CM I delt with when making my reservations. This is our first trip to the World, and therefore do not know alot about the ins and outs. I told the CM that we would not need the park hopper pass, because we would be there 5 days, and should be able to see all of the parks. the only thing I was concerned about was needing to head over to a certain park that we may have a PS at, if we were not visiting that park that day.
I asked the CM if we could get 7 days worth of Tickets, and then use the extra days tickets to jump to another park for dinner, ect. she placed me on hold came back a minute later and said "Yes, that is OK to do"
Yesterday, my wife was looking on this board and seen where someone had said that it wasnt allowed, so I called and Sure enough, the lady placed me on hold again came back a few minutes later and said "well the first two people I asked said yes, but then the last person said NO"
So I asked to speak to a supervisor, who acted like I was lying to her about the original phone call. I am disappointed already in the customer service that I have heard SOOOO much about.
What SHould I do????/
