I am about to go workout with my workout guy. I had a piece of chocolate cake yesterday. Should I fess up?

Why?

Is your "workout guy" a personal trainer? Is this "workout guy" a workout buddy/friend? Are you supposed to be accountable to this fella?

If you're supposed to be accountable, or if you think you should 'fess up, do so.

If not, I wouldn't worry 'bout it.

Enjoy your workout! :)

Maybe if the conversation takes you in that direction

What's wrong with a piece of cake once in awhile? Maybe workout guy had a Big Mac value meal at McDonalds last night.

No Way.
I had a half pint of chocolate, chocolate chip ice cream last nightand it wasn't diet, do you think I'll tell anyone.......oops! LOL

only if you didn't wipe the crumbs off your face.................

NEVER tell your age, religion, weight or if you ate cake before working out........

Sorry, I forgot I posted this.

My workout guy is a personal trainer...he has been for two years. But we are really good friends, and have been working out for three years together..so he is not my personal trainer.

We always try to go over what we ate the day before. If we let ourselves eat something good, we do a harder workout. Eating a piece of chocolate cake would fall into the catagory of a harder workout.;)

In any event, I tried not to tell him, but I dont lie well. So, he got it out of me. It's ok though...I need a really good butt kicking every once in a while. And he makes me laugh about it, so at least it is fun.:p

Lynn cc- you crack me up..that is exactly how I feel when I eat something liek that.

Lori - I wish I had that luxury. I know there are pregnant people that can eat anything they want and not gain much, but not me.

It sounds like a great friendship. :)

Eat your cake and tell him. That way you will feel twice as good....you ate cake:cake: and you didn't lie:p
