I'm steaming mad right now. The guy I work with made a deal with a lady that comes in here to submit research papers to a review board. He would do her regulatory paperwork to get everything ready to open a new research study for a good bit of money ($500-$750) and she agreed to the deal. This is side work to be done at home. However, yesterday he mentioned that she was coming by at the end of the day to talk about doing it and review an agreement. And he didn't know if he would do it. He couldn't make the copies at work. Would need to go to Kinkos to do it. He just didn't know. Well I was here at the end of the day when she came by and I could hear their conversation. She said here's the study I need you to do etc.. So he had already made arrangements with her to do this and what he told me was bs. Now he is doing all the work for her at his FT regular job instead of at home like he should be and is making a lot of money on top of his regular job. So he is sitting at his desk right now doing his side job while on the clock. This doesn't seem right to me. What should I do? I feel like I've got to say something to somebody. I do all the regulatory for our dept. (it's just the two of us in this dept) I could use some help with what I have. But he is sitting there doing paperwork for one study that's not even ours.
