I am trying to decide whether to spend all our time in Orlando the first week in Feb. 2012 at Disney and get a longer pass, or try a shorter pass for WDW and then visit Sea World and Universal Studios as well. My kids are now 13 and 18 and have only been to WDW once, 7 years ago. We only went for 5 days so it was a fast, rushed visit but lots of fun. We are staying off site at a friend's condo (so will have rental car) and thought it might be a good idea to do less WDW and more of the other Orlando sites and even have one day of complete relaxing at the condo pool. What are your thoughts especially considering my kids are both teens now? Thanks.

I absolutely agree with all parks considering the ages. In order of preference (mine of course lol) Universal, WDW and SW.:thumbsup2

We LOVE WDW and have been several times with our kids, but now that they are in their mid-teens they far prefer Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure - given the age of your children you might want to consider splitting your time between WDW and Universal...

Good luck with your trip planning,

You would know your kids best and know what they like best. When I was a teen we couldn't go to Oralndo without going to Universal. Now in our late twenties early 30's, as much as my husband and I love WDW, the attractions at US and IOA really do amaze us (in a different way than the ones at WDW) and we always take two days of our trips go get through their parks.
