What would you do?

Hi everyone. This is rather long so I'm sorry in advance. My grandmother passed away in Sept. after a long terminal illness with alot of hospice care and my mom practically living with her parents to care for my grandmother.

Last august [09], my grandmother started a project with me to make a wall colloge for each girl [she had 3 girls]. We worked on them about once a month untill November when she got too ill to help. She made me promise that after she passed away, I would finish them and give them to the girls [My aunts] for the following Christmas.

So I've done that for this Christmas but I feel that I should put a note or something with them so that they understand why I'm giving them this.

Any advice? Thanks Disers!

Yes. Write a note on them that says "Gram and I started working on this and when she got too sick to continue she made me promise to finsih it for you".

I am sure they will be quite touched.

I would certainly explain it via an included note. It will make it all that more special.

I agree with the note included. I would also add any personal story you could add about spending time with her while making them.
