We are booked Sunday to Friday at Disney. We are flying in Saturday late, flight lands at 6:30p. My brother in law lives 10 minutes from Disney and he can pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel Sunday AM. My son wants to just take ME to hotel Saturday PM. The cost is I think $125 for the extra night but we'd be right there early Sunday. My brother in law doesn't get up too quickly in the AM. I haven't booked yet because $125 is Universal tickets, rental car, ect. We are staying with brother in law after Disney for 5 days and will do Universal then. So, would you spend the night at brother in laws and check in as early as he gets up Sunday or bite the bullet and stay on site Saturday PM? I am going with my 20 year old son.

Though you can't go wrong either way I voted off site simply because you would save on cash and get a little family time before starting your magial Disney vacation:goodvibes

I would spend the money and stay the extra night on property... Even though it's late, you'll be there first thing in the morning, and all unpacked. Plus sometimes rooms aren't ready first thing in the AM.... I say go ahead and splurge!

I totally agree with FANFODSNY. Just stay on site. Everything will be easier and you won't have another person controlling your vacation.
