We will go to Marco Island, MAYBE, for a week in September as the condo is ours to use whenever we want. We'll only do this if we can get really cheap airline tickets (and rental car).

And I will meet you for coffee at Starbucks every day and the 4 of us will go out for dinner!

Then, in November, we hope to go to Disney for four days at the same time that MickeyNicki (our famous food guru) goes so that we can join her and Todd. We'd really like to do this as we've never been there to see the Christmas decorations, etc. Not sure where we're going to stay yet...hopefully some "room only" deals will come out for that time.

Yay that sounds perfect but dont be sad if I am the only one that shows up, you know how Todd can be If I have learned anything this year is that Disney is ALWAYS discounting, we have not paid full price at all this year!

If you have never been to Disney for Christmas - you just HAVE TO!! It is wonderful. It was our dream to do that just once and two years ago I actually was able to get unpaid leave and we went to WDW for a week in December. Oh how I wish I could go back!

Sorry that your plans have changed. But going to Marco sounds so relaxing and that is what you might need at that time. Plus you are still going to have a mini Disney trip too! Who knows it is still about a year away and your plans might change again. I hope Mark gets to see that specialist sooner than later.

A week from today...and it can't get here fast enough to see the specialist, believe me. I'm ready to pull my hair and his hair out of our heads.

I have gotten some great rental deals with them, also an Entertainment Book can offer some great deals on rental cars. When we go to Marco, we will fly into either Ft. Myers or Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. The drive from Ft. L. isn't that bad and one time we saved about $500 on airfare for the for of us. Worth the extra drive (which isn't that much extra, maybe 45 minutes).

I am waiting anxiously for details about this trip with you guys and Nicki, I am thinking that one may generate a trip report to end all trip reports!

As you can see I am WAY behind in most of my trip reports! (haven't finished August 08, but have all the writing, just need the fine tuning) But I wanted to have this years summer report finished before we go there again in February!

So...I am trying to get into the Christmas Spirirt, so we got home early from my sister-in-laws yesterday, so I decorated the entire house with the exception of the tree; today, I did the tree and Mark finished the outside. Love all your Disney things. Good for you for getting your Christmas things out. At least you were productive. Way more than me. We are still in Tennessee. Had a fun evening. Shopping and eating at Pei Wei. Bought both the girls Kuerig coffee makers for Christmas. Got Autin 2 pair of jeans and a belt. And me a new camera. We'll see if I do any better.
