What would you do?

We're hitting MK for 1 day, which after much deliberation was to be tomorrow, Friday November 3rd. After all the research and reading on the DIS boards I thought this would be a better day than Saturday for crowd levels.

Looking at the park hours tonight it appears that MK is open until 10pm Saturday. I thought when I'd checked this before that it was 9pm.

This has me wondering should I now go Saturday to gain 2 extra hours plus Spectromagic parade? Or will the 2 extra hours be negated by larger crowds and longer wait times?

I'd welcome your input!!!

I would do the Friday. It may become so crowded Saturday that the 2 extra hours won't matter.

Crowds thin out through the parks and I would opt for the extra 2 hours. To me no one can say how the crowds can be on a Friday or Saturday until its all over. Better still, go to the MK both days or thats why we always buy hoppers, try a park and if its too crowded hop to another, EPCOT to us is usually less crowded in the evenings or its just the layout of World show case that makes it seem empty.

Thanks for your replies. I decided to stick to the original plan to visit Friday (today) and I think it turned out great for us.

We rode and rode and rode all the rides we wanted to without ever having to wait more than 20 minutes. Most rides were 10 minutes or less. We used some fast passes but we were saving no more that 5-10 minutes tops.

We actually tired ourselves out, having so much fun, that we left at 7 and missed the fireworks!

1) We also did WDW yesterday (Friday).
2) We couldn't see crowds anywhere.
3) It was deserted, but close to it.
4) Ahhhh, just like the old days!
