What would you do? Video Professor trial..

How long was this trial? 10 days? I signed up on the 15th & have yet to receive the CDs. I'd like to cancel today so I don't get ding'ed w/the monthly subscription charge, as I'm guessing my day 10 is a Sunday & I doubt they'll be open for my cancellation call.

Any advice on what I should do? Should I just call & cancel & pretend that I got the CDs to get the return postage # so when I do receive them (maybe today?) I can send it back? Or should I just call & tell them I have yet to receive the CDs & I'm afraid of not cancelling in the trial time?

What would you do? How long did it take you to get the CDs?

I'm in the same boat on this one. I would like to hear from others on this. I remember reading once (on this board) that someone thought the 10 days started from the time you received your CDs. Maybe we should just call and ask.

Well I just called & they said they shipped out my CDs on the 17th & I should be receiving them today or tomorrow. He said I had until March 7th to review the CDs. I confirmed with him that I wouldn't be signed up for a monthly subscription prior to the 7th & he said that is correct. So I guess I hope that they come today or tomorrow & call on Monday if I decide to cancel?

I rec'd my CDs today from my QR sign up. They were postmarked 2/20.

When I've done these offers in the past, the trial period is after you receive the CDs.

Just called. My CDs were shipped on the 19th. I have until March 8th to cancel. I feel much better now.

Thanks for starting this thread! After the whole DisneyShopping ordeal, I had almost completely forgotten about Video Prof.

BTW: Did you receive 2 charges to your credit card on this? I had one for $5.95 and then one for $1.00 two days later. Kind of odd...
