What would you do first on a non-Magic Morning?

We will be there Mon, April 7 - Wed., April 9 and the park hours are DL - 9:00 - 11:00 and DCA 10:00 - 8:00 each day. I know Tuesday is MM at DL and we are planning to do Fantasyland during MM.

So where would you head first on Monday morning in DL at 9:00? There are no children with us but an 18 year old son who loves ALL Disney Rides - would you head to Nemo, Space Mountain, somewhere else?

Also on Wed. morning when we head to DCA at 10:00 where should we go first - what will be the longest wait later if we don't hit it first?

This board is the best - thank you so much....

Monday, you could grab a FP for Space and then quickly get in that Nemo line!

For DCA, you can grab a FP for Soarin' and Grizzly to hold at the same time (Grizzly isn't connected to the other DCA FPs), and ride either of those if the standby lines are decent still, or ride TOT while waiting for the FP times, or go do CA Screamin' (insane ride, not sure if I love it or hate it)...

Though I think that DCA usually/quite often opens about half an hour early, and I *think* you can get on Soarin' during that time (but I'm not 100% sure), so you should think about getting there on the early side!

Personally, I would head over to the left side of the park and do Thunder Mountain and PotC as many times as I could muster before the lines pick up. Maybe have a member of the party get FPs for SM and meet you over there. I just love PotC. I love Buzz too though. One morning, we spent the entire first hour riding Buzz over and over. :)

The other strategy is to go to Nemo, get FPs for SM, and try and work in the Matterhorn as well. All in those first precious hours with lower lines.

Its so hard to know what to do first! I love those precious first hours' shorter lines.

Definitely grab a Space FP first. Then you can either do:

a) Buzz, Autopia, Star Tours, Matterhorn
b) Indy, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, BTMRR

For DCA, I agree completely with bumbershoot.
