What would Cali Grill do?

Looking to schedule an adr next trip at Cali Grill for a family of 4 and we will be on the DDP. I know as a Signature restaurant, it would require 2TS credits per person, but I am looking to only use 4 TS (for my husband and daughter) and pay out of pocket for a couple of appetizers a piece for me and my son instead of ordering entrees.

Would Cali under the dining plan regulations permit this or would we need to use 8TS?

You can do that, just fine. You are not required to use credits for everyone at the table, and you can mix credits and OOP freely.
