What Will You Spend Your Tax Return On This Year

Once I know how much it will be (probably just under $1000) I will pick the destination for my time share vacation. Already have a DCL adventure saved for and the credit cards got paid off this year!

Basically, bills. If there's anything left (yeah right!), I'll put it towards something fun for the family this summer.

Probably using it to help pay for the huge increases going on around here in our homeowners insurance. My rate last year increased by $1400 (with no hurricane claims) and now I read that the rates have been approved to increase something crazy, like another 100%.

We will probably use some to buy a hot tub! (Last year, we choose between Disney and the hot tub and Disney won, so this year, it's the hot tub.) We will pay our stupid maintianance fees for the timeshare and pay off CC (they aren't too high). If there is any left, it will go towards new bedroom funiture and summer trips to Washington DC and Myrtle Beach.

I actuall think I'll get a refund this year (tons of medical expenses to claim). If so, it will go towards road trips! DD17 is checking out colleges (none of which, are in the west!).

Since I got back $2000 last year and for 2005 I can deduct my property taxes for the first time, I should be getting atleast the $2000 I got last year, but with me being able to deduct my property taxes for the first time, it should be more. The refund and my end of the year bonus I'm getting next Friday, is all going towards my December 06 LA-Hawaii-LA cruise.

I will be paying off some of what I owe to my parents and the rest will go toward my kid's education (private school tuition is killing us).

Most will go towards our Florida trip. $600 will pay our car insurance for 6 mos and then the rest who knows. Room, air, and park tix are already paid for so we only need $$ for food, car rental, Discovery Cove, misc.

We need to pay off the furniture first.After that I want to pay toward debt(cc,medical bills,etc).I want to take a little out to put in my WDW savings.We usually get a pretty good amount with the kids.

We are more than likely buying DVC so our refund will go to AP's. It should cover the 4 of them especially with the DVC discount!

Are people still over paying so they will get money back? I've never understood that.
