What will the weather be like in {insert month here}?

I see that question asked most every day. There is a site called "Trip Planner" that allows you to enter a city and travel dates and it will tell you what to expect for those dates. Average highs, average lows, chances of those days being cold, warm or hot, chance of rain, etc, etc.
