What/where is the Hub?

Hello. A lot of posts/books state be at the hub for good fireworks viewing. However, I do not know what the hub is. Can anyone help?

"The Hub" is the area in front of the castle at the end of Main St....the roundabout area with the Partners Statue and benches in the center.

The park is layed out like a wheel. The central plaza, in front of the castle, is the hub, while the spokes spread out to each land.
