Everyone that booked the free dining with your visa did you have to pay your total package price or just the deposit?

They should be able to hold it for 14 days before your deposit is due, but you can go ahead and pay it on the phone if you like. The total is not due when you book.

It's a $200 deposit (plus air if you are getting it) and balance in full at 45 days out

o.k this is what I was told. I booked on 4/1 when she gave me the total and said she was going to charge that amount, I said cant you just do the deposit? She said yes but I would have to call back by the 4th and put the remainder on the visa. So I just had her do the whole thing. (Found out other people only had to put down the deposit from 4/1-4-3). O.k so I forgot about the ins. automatically added on. I got my con. letter and noticed on the back I could cancel the ins. up to 14 days after booking so i called to have it removed. She put me on hold and came back and said normally it is refundable up to 14 days after booking with a deposit not after paying in full.....but they said they were going to go ahead and refund it anyway. I am so glad. She was so nice and I didnt want to have to argue with her that a lot of people made ressies with there dis visa from 4/1-4/3 and only had to put down the deposit, so I should not have been subject to that rule anyway. So glad all has worked out well. Now for the flights

I booked through AAA, first I priced the package and had the TA put a hold on the reservation for me. She called back about 20 minutes later and said Disney told her she couldn't hold the reservation, it had to be booked then and paid in full. It was $398 and going on my Disney Visa so I didn't have a problem with it and said okay. But now that I think about it, that was a little odd. I may call back and ask about it.

only had to put $200 deposit on my Visa. Got my papers today and it has the total minus the deposit and we have to pay the balance 45 days out. I also always decline the insurance at the time of reservation.

Just received our confirmation for Aug 19-Aug 25. Full payment is due on July 5th.

I only had to pay the $200 deposit and balance 45 days before. I also declined the insurance and then after some modifications it jumped back on. Fortunately I had already done a quote on the webpage and knew what the number should be and had it taken off again. I checked my reservation immediately online and it had all of the prices correct and shows the balance which can be paid online also....I plan to use my disney reward points to pay the balance, which has a section on the pay balance area online.
