What was your LONGEST Onsite stay????

Our longest WDW vacation was 16 nights bu most have been 14 nights. We went in November once and January once and those times were 5 nights I think. This summer is 11 nights 'cause I talked DH into Daytona Beach for 2 nights. I know that after the 11 nights we won't want to leave Disney and want to cancel Daytona (we've done this several times) but not this time. I've paid the Ocean Walk in full. :rolleyes1

We have done 2 trips where we have stayed 13 nights and it's still to short.

Our longest was Dec 2004 --- 14 nights!! I loved it. Kids were fine with it. We could have stayed longer, but 14 nights was about right. We drove from Jersey which added 2 days onto each end of the trip...so we were gone quite a while. We split our stay between ASMo and POP. I got an awesome $49. a night postcard rate!! I'm a SAHM and the kids were 6, 4, and 2 so we just packed and went (with my MIL who is retired). DH and FIL flew down for 5 days. Great vacation!!

Other trips have been about 7 - 10 nights. 10 is a pretty good length, too.

Our longest is 7 days, 6 nights numerous times. Love to stay more, but as they say: "There is no place like home"! I start missing my own bed, etc...

I was there for 16 days last December. Was supposed to fly to DC for a job interview, but did that over the phone and got the job, so stayed around to play with the mouse a little longer to celebrate!!!

That was also the year that I did 64+ days on my annual pass.....

I plan to use my DVC points to retire at WDW - will need to keep adding on points until I can meet that goal. :)

so how many points would it take to retire to WDW????? I am not sure that I would live there year round but this could be a great snowbird idea. Say 3 months from Jan-March!!

What an awesome idea to live thru the winter months - esp BWV. Longest stay was 10 days for us.

We were ther for 9 nights this past May and we were not ready to come home we even considered changing our flights (did this last year) but knew we would be hit haard by the extra charges to change at the last minute so we went ahead and came home. We are going back this Sept. 22 - 26 and I know for sure we won't be ready to come home after only 4 nights but it's a spur of the moment trip for DD's 4th birthday :cool1: Thank you Southwest Airlines and your internet specials :cheer2: just too good to pass up.

We have stayed for 21 nights at POR and will be doing so again next May, dont know which resort yet, maybe more than one. We loved it and it gave us more time to relax by the pool in between going to the parks. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

We've stayed for a total of 15 nights once....that was the longest.

Unless you count my WDWCP, I was at Vista Way for 5 months!

Or If you count my stay as a regular CM I was there for almost 3 years! :cool1:

We leave on Tuesday for 10 days.

I just can't get enough WDW. :earsboy:

We stayed 10 nights Sept 04. After a week, my DS8 put his head down on a restaurant table and cried. He said he missed the smell of our home.

The year I graduated from High School we took a 14 day family vacation and I loved every minute of it- but I could live down there and still not get sick of it :rotfl2. With little kids I would say 10 days would be their maximum.

Have fun whatever you decide
