What do you look back at, and think of as your best/favorite Disney World souvenir from a childhood trip? Do you still have it??

I got a stuffed Minnie Mouse my fist trip when I was 5. I still have her. I wish I still had my Daisy hat with the big plastic bill and long wire eyelashes. They were so popular in 1990!

I wasn't a child, but I still have the stuffed Mickey Mouse from my first visit in 1975. DD still has her Figment from her first trip in 1983. It sits on a shelf in her son's room now.

My mom bought a Minnie backscratcher when we went in 1993 and she still has it in her bathroom at home. :lmao:

I had the Daisy hat with the plastic bill and wire eyelashes too. I wore it until it fell apart!

My favorite is still the ride photo of me and my dad on Splash Mountain though. It was December and we have our winter coats on, and I'm hiding under his arm. I love that picture. :)

Mine is from my first trip to Disneyland (1960's) - it was a Tinkerbell purse - it really was 2 purses in one - there was a larger purse and when you unzipped the large purse there was a smaller purse.

One was pink and the other blue

If I had known how much of a Disney fanatic that I would become - I wish that I had kept them.

My ears! I've had a few sets since I got my first when I was two. That set is hanging on the wall in my little girl's nursery. But the best set I got as a young adult. Went to Epcot with some girlfriends and managed to convince a CM to print our nicknames on our ears. Now I have a set that reads Free Bird!!

I have a small Minnie ring that's still in my jewelry box. I never wear it because it's way, way too small, but probably the only jewelry I would be more upset to lose would be my wedding rings.

Growing up going to Disneyland my parents always let me pick out a stuffed animal to bring home. Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore are the oldest and I still have them.

Still have my Goofy hat with floppy ears and fabric teeth as well as my Figment from 1982. Also still have my plastic Captain Hook hook from 1986 which I incorporated into a Halloween costume in college.

I bought a plush Pluto from Main Street when I was 7, back in the 80s. He has always been my favorite stuffed animal and even accompanied me to Europe! He's sitting next to my bed right now. Boy has he ever stood the test of time!!

My stuffed Figment, Tiki glass/bowl thing from the Poly, and the character magnets all of which I still have. I also love the silhouettes from main street. I can't wait to get some made of my own kids.

Long gone, but joke things and magic tricks from the store that was on Main Street. I remember a can of Coke that looked like it was spilled and maybe some disappearing coin trick. And my stuffed Lady from Lady and the Tramp.

Mine would be the character glass figurines that I used to collect. I wish they still had as many options as they used to!

At my Mom's she has dozens of small porcelain disney figures. Mickey from 1976 was the first. They all line the top of her kitchen cabinets. Also a Mickey hand back scratcher and a stitched sampler that has Polynesian Village Resort written on it and a picture of the lobby waterfall

I still have my daisy hat somewhere used to have it pinned to my bedroom wall.
Otherwise it would be my two ear hats, one I got aged 3 on my first ever trip to Disneyland and my ear hat I got when we were there on honeymoon 8 years ago.
Overall I have a few things that are special/favourite but the ear hats just have a much higher sentimental value.

I got a set of Mickey & Minnie Plushes, the Medium/big sized ones. They are now in my daughters room next to her set from her first trip :goodvibes

I also rocked the Daisy hat with the eyelashes!

My favorite souvenir would be a Mickey Mouse tea set that I got back in the 90s. My mom has been looking for it in hopes we can give it to my DD someday.

BTW: I've lurked here for awhile, but have just started posting...so....HI! :)
