What was your favorite Nassau excursion and why?

Looking for feedback and advice. Traveling with DH and DD (10 years old) I have read some bad reviews about the stingray blue lagoon excursion from www.cruisecritic.com.

We did the Blue lagoon day. It was very nice. It was not crowded, there was an inlet with shallow clear water to enjoy. We also went snorkeling for our first time and it was fun. Mostly, it was very peaceful.

We did the Catamaran sail and snorkel this year. It was great. It was a nice ride out even with the quick shower! The fish were beautiful. The timing was also great. We were back for a late lunch and had a lot of time to go into Nassau, shower, have a drink and have a spa appointment before our show and dinner.
