Can you list your chicken dish please? I was thinking of the Parmesan encrusted chicken bust DF isn't too thrilled with the idea.

Here is parmesan crusted chicken

its topped with mushroom sauce stuff. to the left is pineapple grilled mahi. underneath are the basil mashed potatos...oh im making myself huuuungry

The Parm chicken is VERY VERY GOOD! We tasted it at our PS, and now I crave it all the time!!!

We did a french roasted chicken in a pinot berry reduction. I can't seem to find the photos right now but it was very good!

Um... I thought the parmesan-crusted chicken was bland and dry... but maybe I caught the BoardWalk chefs on an off day. Also, it didn't have sauce - just the bernaise from the steak we tried underneath...

Yes, you must have caught them on an "off" day because when we had it, both at our tasting and the actual reception it was moist and delicious

That roasted chicken dish sounds good. I asked my planner about a roasted chicken dish and she is checking with the chefs. I hope they can or I will suggest they call WDW chefs!

Jennifer - that grilled lemon chicken looks sooo good. I wish I would have requested to taste that during my PS.

We are having the parm crusted chicken also. It was really delicious when we tasted it at our PS. When we were first making the list of the entree we wanted to try, DF didn't want me to add the parm chicken. Good thing I didn't listen to him because after trying it, he really liked it.

At our PS we tried t chicken from the Tinker Bell brunch and it was YUMMY!! We decided on it for sure after one bite. lol

It was chicken with granny smith apples and fig au jus I think? It was kind of sweet but than the apples kept it from being too sweet. It sounds weird but it was good!

Thank you so much for mentioning the chicken with the Tinkerbell brunch (chicken with granny smith apples and fig au jus). We are having the Tinkerbell brunch for our wedding in November. Our planning session is later this month and we asked to try this chicken along with the Parm Crusted Chicken. Now we will have to see which one we like better.

I have to agree with lurkyloo. I thought the parmesan crusted chicken was bland and dry and the coating was quite hard. The mushroom sauce on it was good though and so was all the rest of the food. Instead, I am going to have grilled chicken in a pinot grigio sauce.

Yeah the Lemon Chicken was awesome. I had requested the Lemon Chicken from Morocco because we wanted something different and the chef said she wasn't sure if she could make it exactly like Marakesh but it was really good - very moist and had lots of flavor!

we had the parm chicken at our ps but it was different to all these, it was had tomatoes in between the chicken and cheese and we didnt like it.

We also tried the almond coconut chicken rfom kona cafe and thats what we are having as its was lovely with a sweet chili dip

We had that parm chicken too! and it was dry, we didnt like it!
