Personally, I can't really tell from the photos how innapropiate her attire was. . . are there any other sources for this besides Drudge?
Of course, even if the description is exaggerated a little, it is obvious that her recent behavior has been more then a little "out there". . . and the "I was told to do it to prepare for a part" excuse is pretty lame. .
I will say though I can't understand why this has gone to trial. . . certainly she shouldn't be given any special breaks because she is a celebrity; but I'd think any average person who could afford a lawyer would be able to cut a deal, pay restitution, and be put on probation for a first-time offense like this. Anyone know if she insisted on a trail? Or are the prosecuters playing hardball for the publicity?
