What was the rate at YC or BC right before and thru the holidays?

I have a friend who will be going to WDW from about December 19 to January 1. She wants to stay in the BW area after me raving about it. It will just be she and her husband, and I told her the location can't be beat. Anyway...
Did anyone out there go this past year at about this time? Did you get a great rate at either YC or BC? December 19 is the last day of value season, so I am thinking there might be some discounts out there ?
