At the beginning of Palo dinner you receive breads and three dips. What was the dark green/gray that definately included olives? My mouth is watering thinking of it. I didn't see it described on menus anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

If my memory serves me correctly, I think it's an olive tepenad (sp?). The white one is a mayo type dressing and the red one is a red pepper sauce of sorts.

Man, now I'm thinking about all that yummy Palo food! Bring me a plate of the orrecetta pasta with a side of Boursin cheese please

 Found it

It is listed as :

fresh baked bread selection from our bakery accompanied with homemade dips: Olive Tapenade, Aioli and roasted red pepper and garlic

I knew it was some where!

Thank you. Now that I know the name, hopefully I can find some here on land or a receipe.

I already tried to recreate the stuffed roasted tomatos with rice and montery jack cheese from AP. Wasn't quite as delicious but good enough for me to eat!!! :sunny:
