Ears and Pins are something we always buy. Last time I bought chop sticks for everyone in Japan and going to get new ones this time, Oh and this time I have money put aside to buy myself a cookoo clock from Germany and then WDW Christmas cards.

We buy silly hats the first morning we get to the park for the whole family.
Family members are REQUIRED to wear throughout the remainder of the trip.
It makes it much easier to gather up the family when we need to.
Did I mention that they have to be silly?
No plain ears or common hats allowed.
The family can vote not to allow a hat choice if it's not silly enough.
As a bonus, it drive my mother in law crazy.
