What I mean by this is what type of ride/attraction do you wish wdw will create next and where would they build it.

I'm really hoping that they develop DHS more and expand the park more because I believe there is a lot they can do and add that's being held back. I know DHS was originally just supposed to be a half day park but years have passed and now in my opinion DHS has the best story and theming throughout the park. That being said I hope they expand the park to showcase more movies and movie making techniques.

Let me know what you think, I love hearing peoples opinions :)

I'm happy to wait for new Fantasyland and new Avatar/Pandora land and take it from there.

I agree just as a 19 year old the fantasy land expansion doesn't really excite me lol but I'm hoping that they will develop more thrill rides like Rockin Rollercoaster (personal and family favorite)

I'm hoping they develop an attraction that I've never thought of. Something completely brand new and different from anything they've done before.

Me too I like when they think outside the box. I think they really should develop a new thrill ride because I feel like they still lack some major thrill rides.

P.S. I really like your username my family loves OKW too :cool1:

I would love another dark ride at DHS or AK. Not a thrill ride, although I love those, but something a little more family friendly. I feel both parks are in desperate need of some D-ticket, family rides. I'll leave the theming and ride mechanisms to the imagineers, even though a Monster's Inc. ride based on the closet doors has always been in my dreams for DHS. :goodvibes

I would love to see a Forbidden Journey-like ride at Disney. I know no one likes to talk about the dark side on these boards. But that ride is unlike anything I've ever been on. There's so many layers to it, a very unique experience.

My vote's for thrilling dark rides--my favorite rides at the parks are the ones with strong stories and scenery along with thrills, like Tower of Terror, Splash Mountain, and Dinosaur. The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train sounds like the right idea, as is Radiator Springs Racers.

I'd also like to see updates on the badly out of date dark rides--Great Movie Ride, Journey into Imagination, and Carousel of Progress.

Yea I don't know why people frown upon the "dark side of disney" :( i mean yes they need family rides but there is nothing wrong with building a dark thrill ride :scared1: especially in DHS :woohoo:

I agree with the updates on Journey into Imagination and COP but I'm one of the believers that thinks the GMR should never ever be changed it has too good of a story and scenery to even face a minor update other then maybe the queue movie and the last montage at the end of the ride

That has always been something I think that they should do too!! I went to DLR last summer and went on the monsters inc. ride in CA but was disappointed they didn't really do anything with the doors....some sort of roller coaster or fast paced ride based on the doors would be SO cool! I immediately said they should do a ride based on that scene when I first saw Monsters Inc. Hopefully one day they'll do something because it would make perfect sense!!

The first time I saw that movie and saw the scene near the end where the closet doors were all flying along the assembly line thing and the characters were chasing in and out of them, I said to DH "That would make a great attraction at Disney".

Not that I could figure out what the heck to do with it or how the heck to do it. ;)

I'm gonna go the other direction....

I really wish they'd bring back some of the classic type feel they had in classic EPCOT Center. Disney used to be able to do some great things with unique (read: not based on existing Disney IP) dark rides that told a story and which everyone could enjoy. It's an area Disney has neglected for way too long if you ask me.

While Thrill rides are nice, There are other places I can go to experience them. Disney used to offer some truly unique experiences that you couldn't get anywhere else. Lately their offerings have been kind of....well.... generic with a nice wrapper.

I would vote for more fun but non-scary rides that little kids would enjoy; except for MK these types of rides aren't as plentiful as I would like them to be. Of course, even if they start building more of these now, by the time they are ready my kids will be older and ready for the thrill rides!

I wish they would add some of the original EPCOT Future World rides, but with a modern twist. Future World was designed to help us see what could possibly be in the future of technology, I think they have gotten away from that.

As someone else mentioned an update to Carousel of Progress and The Great Movie Ride would be great but I still love them!

I believe that disney does plenty for the young kids but I feel that they don't really take into account the teenage crowd and early 20's crowd who want thrill rides or rides made to fit what they find fun. With the fantasy land expansion I believe they are covering the young crowd which is why they should consider expanding DHS to fit the teen/early 20's crowd with a thrill rides.

They have plenty for young kids at MK, but I agree with a PP that other parks are lacking. Get another family ride at DHS to help take some of the crowds from TSMM.

Epcot desperately needs a refresh in Future World. No doubt the Test Track remodel is going in the right direction, but UoE and Imagination are sad and tired. Epcot has lost a lot of its magic, sadly.

I would love to see something NEW--- and unique and definitely not seen in any other Disney Park. I would also love a new classic, that is not tied to a movie. (whether they decide to do a movie about said ride in 20 years is up to them. ;) )

1. EPCOT -def. something in Future World
2. DHS - send the wrecking ball to the Backlot.
3. MK Frontierland (not sure where, but something new. Breathe life to the River!)
4. AK -- Beastly Kingdom, duh. :thumbsup2
